Delivery

If there is a further delay, Boden will send you a letter asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you. We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

Refunds. If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund you may do so simply by sending the goods back to us, using the returns label included with your order, within 7 working days after you have received your order. You may also let us know your intentions by telephone, by letter or email. After this time goods bought in the sale can only be returned for an exchange or credit voucher. If you return the purchase(s) to us for any reason you will have to meet the postal or other costs that you incur in doing so yourself. When sending a return, we recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
