In January 1996 BandQuk 's first store outside the UK was opened in Taiwan. BandQuk has been in the DIY business for more than 30 years and is the UK 's most successful and innovative home improvement retailer. BandQuk employs over 36,000 people in over 320 UK stores. BandQuk operates two different kinds of stores - the larger BandQuk Warehouses which cater for the needs of the keen DIY'er and trade with their wide range of products and staff expertise, and BandQuk Supercentres which are convenient for most people to pop into for their everyday needs.

In 1998 BandQuk merged with France 's leading DIY retailer, Castorama, to become the largest DIY retailer in Europe. In June of 1999 the International Expansion continued with the opening of the Shanghai store - BandQuk's first in mainland China. BandQuk also took a big step with the acquisition of Screwfix Direct, the hardware mail order specialist.

The lines are open 8am - 6pm weekdays and 9am - 5pm Saturdays. Or you could return your order to any BandQuk store. Also remember to take the Sales Invoice received with your order and let the in-store customer service staff know that you ordered the goods online. They will process your refund immediately.
